To seek the resources and funding to preserve, for posterity, the institutional and architectural history of the Department of the Treasury and its collection and to support public outreach.


The Treasury Historical Association is incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia. Established in 1973, THA is categorized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and membership donations and other contributions are deductible for Federal income tax purposes to the extent permitted by law.
